About Us

no woman should have to navigate her health journey alone

Our Story

Every woman deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported throughout every stage of her health journey. Our organisation was founded because we recognised a growing need for better support for women navigating menopause and other aspects of women's health. Too many women are struggling in silence, feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or unsure where to turn for trusted advice and compassionate care.

We believe this needs to change.

Our mission is to raise awareness, provide education, and offer access to evidence-informed clinical support so that every woman who connects with us feels empowered, informed, and never alone. Whether someone needs reliable information, a supportive community, or specialist guidance, we are committed to helping them find the right support at the right time.

Behind our organisation is a passionate team of healthcare professionals and operational leaders who share one common goal—to improve women's health and wellbeing.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), everything we do is driven by our purpose rather than profit. We reinvest our resources into developing services, expanding access to support, delivering education, and creating opportunities for women to connect, learn, and thrive.

Together, we are building more than a network—we are creating a community where women feel valued, supported, and empowered to take control of their health with confidence.

We understand that every woman's experience is unique

What is a Community Interest Company (CIC)?

A Community Interest Company (CIC) is a special type of limited company created to benefit the community rather than private shareholders.

As a CIC, our purpose is to make a positive difference by improving access to menopause and women's wellbeing support, education, and resources. Any profits we make are reinvested into our services, programmes, and community activities, helping us to reach more women and create lasting impact.

Being a CIC means we are committed to:

  • Putting the community first: everything we do is designed to benefit the people we serve.

  • Reinvesting our profits: income is used to grow and improve our services rather than maximise personal profit.

  • Operating transparently: we are accountable and must demonstrate that our work delivers a genuine community benefit.

  • Creating positive social impact: supporting women to feel informed, empowered, and connected throughout every stage of midlife and beyond.

Our CIC status reflects our commitment to building a trusted, inclusive network where women can access evidence-informed support, connect with others, and thrive.
